Please this is crap. If you start with a bad drawing, bad painting, and bad abstraction you’ll get bad piece of art.

I searched for “art inspiration” on the tubes and came across your vid. Thanks for this! Exactly what I was looking for…a mixed media abstract experiment that happens to look well if you know how mediums interact with each other.

Hi! Love your piece- I was wondering if you would answer a question for me… I need to collage a large piece of paper onto a canvas (in this particular case I need to avoid wrinkling!). I have the gel medium and a brayer, but I was wondering what you sprayed onto the back of the paper before you applied the gel medium. Was it just water? Does that help the gel medium spread better? Thanks in advance for reading this/answering. I love your videos!

Collage versus Acrylic Gel Medium Transfer … here i did not collage the piece onto the canvas but transferred it with a gel medium transfer.. the reason for wetting the paper with water is so that the drying time of the gel medium is akin to that of the paper to transfer.. when collaging paper onto a canvas there will always be movement as the canvas slacks and stretches, when using a brayer I put a piece of flat wood ,books inside the back of the canvas for support ♥ milliande

I've been denying the artist inside me for too long. It seems to be that no mater what I do in life, things always bring me back to my Art. I love it, I enjoy it, it defines me. At the moment I'm just following my dreams, doing what I love...
Painting has always been a long time hobby of mine, but over the past couple of years it has been something I've found myself doing more and more and I've given a lot of my work away without documenting it, so a lot of it is lost in the sands of time... With the site I'm hoping to get a lot more exposure and feedback on my work which will help me to grow and develop further as an artist. All comments and critiques are welcome!
